Andrups builds software — 100% tailor-made software that fits a given task precisely, delivered quickly and at very low cost. It marks a clear shift from the generic software use most people know from Microsoft Office, CRM systems, mobile apps and the like, to precision-built software. Tasks can therefore range from apps for mobile devices to internal tools and applications that solve specific tasks, to new websites with specially requested features, to more advanced solutions where AI is part of a training process. So in principle we develop everything; if you're in doubt, please do get in touch.
The day rate is 10.000,- DKK per day worked. This covers all engineering hours, design, development, testing and handover. AI token costs (LLM usage during development) are billed separately at spot price + 10%, fully itemised on the invoice.
During development we use the latest AI modelsto assist with code generation, review and research. The actual API costs are passed through to you at market spot price + a 10% handling fee. Every token charge is itemised, you'll always see exactly what was used and why.
Most focused tasks are delivered within 2–7 business days from a a fixed set date. Larger builds are scoped and broken into milestones. We don't drag projects out, faster delivery means lower total cost for you.
Yes, always. Full source code is handed over upon project completion or at any milestone. No lock-in, no licensing fees, no strings attached. The code is yours from day one.
We work with the technologies that the major world models support; they are typically fluent in all major languages, technologies and platforms. Andrups' job is to find the right components that best fit a given task, to describe in detail what it entails, and to ensure that the subsequent code implementation proceeds correctly and is completed with a satisfactory result.
Yes. We regularly extend, refactor or add features to existing projects. Share the repo and a task description and we'll assess fit and scope within one business day.
From 1.000,- DKK / month you get an automated response SLA, ongoing security and dependency updates, bug fixes and minor improvements. It's designed to keep your product healthy without requiring a separate ops team.
Fully remote-first. We're based in Aarhus Denmark (CET/CEST) and communicate async by default via email or your preferred channel. No mandatory calls unless you want them.

Yes. All software we build is designed with GDPR compliance in mind from the ground up — data minimisation, proper consent handling, secure storage and clear data boundaries. If your project has specific regulatory requirements we'll address them explicitly in the scoping phase.
No — we don't own or operate any infrastructure ourselves. We can however set up and manage hosting for you on your behalf through a cloud provider (vercel, AWS, GCP, Azure, Hetzner etc.), billed at cost + 10% monthly handling fee. Hosting fees require 3 months advance payment.
You don't need to be technical — just describe the problem or outcome you're after. The most useful things to include:
